Every day, we work on the most inspiring murals. Over the years, many beautiful collaborations have emerged, both with global initiatives—whether or not with a social focus—and with fellow artists who express their love for graffiti in the most beautiful creations. As a graffiti agency, we always have the artist who best matches the needs of our clients. It's this connection that ensures our murals tell the story that leads to meaningful interaction.
At MooieMuur, we have a global network of renowned artists. Depending on the project, they are managed by founder Roy Valk. With his design and marketing background, he knows exactly how he wants the client's story to be translated into the artwork. This story and the many elements that make it up together form the mural, which Roy may work on alone or with fellow artists. For example, we regularly collaborate with artists like Paul Watty, Tim Rodermans, and Bier en Brood, but we can just as easily work on a mural in Abu Dhabi with no fewer than 18 fellow artists.
Working as a collective allows us to color the world and its people in the best possible way. With so many requests and a wide range of artists, this can sometimes even lead to a mural created by multiple muralists. Colors, animals, people, objects—often, a mural is a combination of many elements. By bringing these skills together, we create murals that attract attention through their execution. Together with the client, we determine which artist best suits the request and ensure that you are fully supported in the final execution. It's our experience that makes the difference.
with creativity running through your vains, a hobby never stops....
Founder Roy Valk, a.k.a. Karski, was one of the first to explore graffiti as an art form in the Netherlands. The fact that he turned his hobby into his “work” (he still calls it his hobby) hasn’t stopped him from continuing his free work. His oeuvre speaks for itself, and as a result, he is invited from all over the world to participate in special projects. From Berlin to Abu Dhabi, the love for graffiti spreads wherever it can. For example, in Berlin in 2024, he was assigned the most prominent canvas to create a mural with a story. Alongside other graffiti artists from around the world, they contributed to the largest street art museum in the world, covering no less than 70,000 m²! Discover more about the origins of MooieMuur and what drives us to create the coolest designs every day.
Expanding reach with cool collabs is part of the impact we make with our unique designs. Collabs can be discovered through partnerships with artists from all over the world or collaborations with companies, where our designs don’t just end up on walls but also on clothing, for example. Combining talent and creativity ultimately leads to collaborations that make a lasting impact.
